FP2 results question

Hi, I have my FP2 done in NM. But my case is in VSC. I called the FBI service number and was told that the FP2 recults had been sent to TSC. They also said it is accesible through the country. I called 800 tier 2 and found out that there is no update at all on my FP2. They can't do anything. They suggested me to write a letter to TSC to ask them sending my FP2 results to VSC.

I am worring about our status. It stated that if the FP2 is not done by 12/22/03, our I-485 will be considered to be abandoned.

I know there some people here has the same issue as me, how long does it take to wait till the results back to VSC? the FP2 was done on Nov5, 03. It has been a month since then.

I do not think there is differnce in knowledge in between tier 1 and 2 . It is common that they send FP results to Main nearby center and it is accessible. Tier 2 people will read the online display for you all the time. ( which you can also read ) It is my experince . So cool down.
 
How to check the FP result with FBI

What's the 800# you called to check FP results with FBI? How long after your FP should you call? Does the FP result will be sent to the service center to be put into your file for review? or it just stays in BCIS common database and immigration will fetch it when he needs it? Thanks in advance.
 
For tel number ,search on this forum. generally it is better to call them after 3 or 4 days of completing FP .FBI will just tell you if FP's are okay or not and if they have sent to INS
 
FBI number

The FBI number is 3046255590. I asked them if my results is OK. They told they cannot say anything. I don't how the others found out their FP is cleared.
 
if they say it is FP results are complete then I think you are done. You can ask them if results are complete or classifiable. Now talk after 3/4 days as you may have just talked.
