FP2 results no records with FBI

My spouse did FP2 on 12/28.

We called today to the FBI phone number.

They said, its still not in the database and asked us to call after 2.5 weeks.

Our first FP results were sent to VSC just in a couple of days..

Does it ever happen that FP does not reach to FBI from the processing center? My spouse did it in Manchester.

How long should we wait before taking any action? And what action can we take?
 
Did you specifically mention that you are calling regarding "immigration" FP and give your A#?? Apparently they have different databases for different kinds of FP.
 
HA HA HA! that's funny! I checked my FP status today only. Initially the rep was like nope, can't find it, it takes 4-6 weeks etc. She had just asked my last name then. I told her that I did my FP last week, and normally FP results are transferred to "USCIS" in a day or two. Then she said, "oh oh.. what's your A#, let me check another screen." And finally I was told that the FP results were sent to USCIS the same day! :)
