FP2 in Philadelphia, PA

Guys,

I'm still waiting for my FP2 notice. It has been 20 months since I did FP1 at the Philadelphia ASC. I'm just wondering if it's my bad luck or Philadelphia ASC is awfully slow. My case is very straightforward, same employer and address throughout the process. Please share your FP2 experience in Philadelphia.

i am in same situation here in philly. I have done 1FP on Oct. 31, 2002. and no 2FP so far whatsoever......

I did the first one in Philly on 10/1/2002. I have received a 2nd notice, but for the York, PA ASC, which happens to be much closer to me, recently. Schedule date 6/11, will most likely not try early 2nd FP.

I also in the same situation. My ist FP done on 19 July 2002. So far I did n't received any information regarding my 2nd FP.

It proves that Philadelphia ASC is one of the slowest FP2-wise. This is what I thought.

We are just unlucky to be on this miserable boat... Thank you for your replies, guys.

It is true that FP noticies are issued by VSC...

BUT it is my observation that if your local ASC is busy (= slow), your FP2 notice will be delayed which will further delay your case. I think this is what is happening now to I-485 EB cases with expired FP1 that belong to Philadelphia ASC.

Gurus, please clarify if this is not true.
