FP2 in JUL/AUG Still Pending cases?

Is you name check done?.
i sent an email to fbi in dec so still waiting for their reply
Not sure if both the name checks have to be cleared because they treat them an different applications
trying to understand whats holding up our cases

I am not sure if namechecks were done once or everytime FP is done. My FP query sent in Aug 04 was replied in November saying that they ran mine in Jan of 2003. However, my wife's is still pending as they had wrong A# and they figured it recently that they had wrong A# on my wife's application.
Not sure what is really holding our apps. Praying and counting every second.

I think we are both cursed, I have seen most people getting approval/RFE with in 2/3 months of 2'nd FP.
Don't Know what else to do
1) sent an email to FBI abt the Name Check no reply its been a month so i might have to wait for couple more months.
2) called the 1-800 number and asked them why they issued an RFE on my wife's case while there is no progress on my case. Got the same stupid reply every case is different and they are processing cases with May 2002( that was the date when i called them).

Hi Zipper, You are right. My case is delayed I believe due to the new Namecheck they have to do on my wife's application due to their A# screw-up. However there are more like us waiting... Check out the thread below and also one another namecheck thread on this forum. GL.
