FP2 for July 02 RD

Hi,
Aybody with july 02 RD received FP2 notice ? I am in NJ. Does FP2 depened upon the load at the local INS center.

2nd FP notice depends on the local ASC

People whos FP to be done at Newark ASC has to wait longer time becuase its over booked and people with since April 02 RD are still waiting for their 2nd FP to be scheduled
