You chances are great if you complete 100 days on new year eve ;) ( see my FP dates, 100 days on new year eve :D )

MY 2nd EAD ND 08-18-04, got approved AD : 12-16-2004

Hi,

I applied 2nd EAD on Aug 18, 2004 and after passing 90 days I initiated an inquiry with USCIS about 2 weeks back. 2 days ago they replied that "Please allow 60 days to respond your inquiry" BUT EAD got approved yesterday.

Does this help to have some idea. My and my spouse 140, 485, 2nd AP still pending.

I140 ND May - 2003
I485 ND Jul - 2003
2nd AP ND Aug- 2004
1st FP done 10-10-2004
LUD 11-10-2004 (FP received etc)

Any expert can tell me is my GC approval close or not.

Very simple and straight case, no RFE, same company, no labor subsitute. never out of status.

I guess still they havent touched LUD'S - 11/19. no proper sleep :mad:

LUD ONCE BEFORE APPROVAL

No RFEs so far. Last LUD on 11/24/2004 with response to my query.
 
FBI Name Check?

Hi All

I need to know what is FBI name check and why is it important to know the status of it? I completed my FP on 10/21/2004. Do I need to know the status of FBI name check and how does it help in I485? Please advice.
