FP1 for 07/07/03 ND

My status has changed today stating that they have sent a notice for my FP but 140 is not approved yet.

Can I assume my 140 will be approved soon ? :p

What happens next when you do your finger printing ?

EB2 CONCURRENT I140/I485 ND: 07/10/03
LUD : 07/10/03 (I140)
LUD : 08/25/04 (I485) Finger print notice have sent to you..

Most probably you have been picked for concurrent processing and if all goes well you should be having your GC shortly. I assume that is why you see no activity on the 140. By the way what is Ur location.

I'm from Colorado Springs, CO.
Also I have on more question...Is there by any chance , they can send a RFE or deny my 140 ?
I have masters degree in CS and more than 10 years of Exp in IT.
If there is something wrong , they would have sent a RFE on the first place right ?
Will INS look on your 140 petition while filing for EAD ?
I'm still nervous....

I have 3 yrs degree + 1.5 yrs diploma and 12 years experience and I am not nervous. You have no need to worry as long as your petition was filed right and God forbid if you get an RFE you will cruise thru it.

I am surprised that even CO comes under VSC. Shows my limited Geography knowledge I guess :) .

Actually my employer is in Boston, I'm working for their client in Colorado Springs, CO.

Congratulations you got your FP notice..I am still wiating for mine ...No 140 ...nothing yet..


Where did you get your FP notice..Did you get that in the mail or your lawyer got that.


When are you scheduled to go for FP..

You are going to local INS office in CO or you will have to go to Boston...

I got my FP notice in Mail.

I'm scheduled to do the FP on 09/01/04 .

The location is INS Denver in Colfax ave ( Application Support Center )

This is encouraging that lot of people are getting their FP's for the ND in July and August 2003.

My ND is 07/07/2003 and I am eagerly waiting for the FP................
