how do i check if FP notice has been sent or not? do I have to check with 485 receipt number? and do they update the avm/online quickly after sending FP notice?

nop, they don't update AVM or online for fp notice sent or not, you need to call IIO (in morning between 8-9 is best time to call them) and find out the status. keep A# with you while calling .
