All,
I never got a request to do finger print for my asylum-based I-485. My ND was July 2000.

Is it unusual to NEVER got a notice? It seems like everyone gets a notice for FP.

Hi everyone.

lee_haircut5, my I 485 was filled in July 2001 and I haven't receive FP notice yet, and some of the people filled I 485 in 2002 they had the FP notice ready.
last December 2004 I had called the National Customer Servicer Center and spoke one of the lady, she told me it depend which INS Officer work on your case.

Hi lee_haircut5,

It wouldn't hurt you to send a status request to Nebraska. You will most likely get the generic response from them, but atleast they will know someeone is inquiring about the case. With the change of the adjustment timeframes, you are looking at fiscall year 2005-2006 for adjudication.

As I said - it won't hurt to write Nebraska directly. There is a form you can use and mail out to them.
