FP without decision of I140

Hi Guys,

I recieved FP notice on my concurrently filed EB1OR petition. But I have not heard anything on I140. After FP, very next day there was LUD on I485 but nothing happened to I140.

Is it perfectly normal to recieve FP notice without any decision on I140

Please advise

FP notice has nothing to do with your I-140 submission and everything to do with your I-485 submission. It's just a standard procedure triggered by receipt of your I-485, and LUD the next day after FP is normal. Be patient and you'll get there!
