FP -went ahead of time- flopped

We went 3.5 weeks ahead of our schedule to get our FP done.
There were few people waiting for FP to be done in the ASC and so we were sent back asking to come during our scheduled time.
So, should we keep trying few more times or just wait for the time to come?
Any similar experiences?
Also,are Saturdays good time to go?
My ASC is Portland.
 
FP done

We did our FP on 10/19
Called FBI today.
They sent the results to INS on 10/19 itself. She said both our prints were clear but when we asked about background checks she didn\'t comment anything,saying that they don\'t reveal that info.
But from her words we got hinted that the FP part of our 485 application is done.

So, how long should I wait before I call INS?

Interesting,

when I called FBI they said they couldn\'t tell us
if the FP were clear or not. They said INS had told them
not to. Because the FBI sent my FP to INS on 10/09
and the AVM is updated on 10/13 to say my FP were received
on 10/13 and the case is waiting adjudication, I presume
the FP are of good quality.

Try calling the AVM if you got your FP notice after 10/01
 
Just called AVM

The info about FP getting done is not yet updated.

I also wonder why my EAD is not yet approved!
