I Enquired my lawyer about the FP notice for my I 485 , which ND is WAC-01-277. I got the reply likes this
"FINGERPRINT SCHEDULING-On 9/28/01 a new National Scheduler system began fingerprint scheduling for individuals who submitted an I-485 application on or after 5/01/01. Please allow 120 days from 9/28/01 before making an inquiry on fingerprint scheduling."
Guys Do have any idea on this?
