FP Validity (When do they expire) ??

Sorry, I could not find the answer and threfore opening a new thread.

How long the FP is valid, when do the expire? 15 months or 18 months??

To correct it technically .. FPs dont expire. The FP report that the FBI sends to USCIS expires in 15 months and the report should be re-requested from FBI to make sure no new things turn up (for the last 15 months). USCIS does not have a system to store the FPs (they are planning to have one soon .. but (USCIS)soon may be several years :) ). FBI will not store them for USCIS. So FBI throws them away after sending the FP validity report. So if your case is not adjudicated by that time, a new FP is required.

You should because your FP results have expired already .... (in Feb/04)
