Hi All,

I am wondering anybody got FP notice with ND in Aug'2003 from VSC.

Here are my details:

140/485/EAD/AP ND: 08/26/2003
EAD and AP for me my wife AD: 11/10/2003
I140 AD: 05/05/2004
second EAD and AP for
me and wife ND: 06/03/2004
NO FP notice yet.

anyone in the similar situation.

please share your info

EAD Renewal Query.

Hi Kankanala,

You applied for your 2nd EAD quite early.

As per the Rules how many days in advance can an Person apply for Renewal??

Hi Vicky,

I don't know about it and my attorney also did not mention anything about the time frame or any rules. Is there any time frame to renew the EAD and AP.
I just applied renewal to be safe side because I have been working on EAD since Jan'04
