ric - a quick question.

Is FP schedule based on residential address or work address. I work in NYC - but live in NJ. Will my FP be scheduled in NJ? Thanks.

Last Week I received FP notice. This is my details

FP still waiting

Ques: Will we receive the FP notice or will our attorney receive it?

Conversation was neither helpful nor informative. All I could get is that I485 processing is taking between 12 and 18 months. My I485 app was mailed on June 8th or 10th (I don\'t remember). I\'ve got a notice on August 7. The guy basically said that since my application is pending only for 5 months there is nothing wrong that I still have not received my FP notice. He said that INS doesn\'t have any official guidelines in regard to FP processing and that they have another 5-7 months!!!!!! to do FP and I can do nothing (as well as my lawyer) to speedup the process. So we have to wait I guess.
