Baltimore sucks....

I hate to say but VSC will move files for most of MD people to Baltimore
for speed processing and INS-Baltimore will sit on it for another 8-10 months.....
Big harrassment.....I guess being patient is the only way out......

Few months back Baltimore used to clear the files in less than 7 to 8 months. I am not sure why they are lazy now. Wait for your time.
 
How long it will take?

How do you know if your case has been moved to Baltimore? What is average time to get FP notice from ND? My rd and nd are 10/3 and 11/23, no FP yet.

For your 1st question - VSC will notify you when they transfer the case.

I\'m very surprised the way VSC moves....

People with July RD, Aug ND are not getting FP....
People 4-5 weeks later than that are getting the calls....
