FP to OLD address

Hi,

Weired situation.

I updated new address with USCIS, and sent AR-11. I got confimation on that, and enquiry result letter on status of 485 to the new address after that.

But, my wife recently received 2nd fingerprint notice to the old address (after 1 month of change of address).

How can that be, do i need to change address anywhere lese too?

Krishna,

Did you update the address on your wife's application too. They do not change the address unless you tele-conf your wife also when you phone USCIS. Sending only Form AR-11 did not work in my case. I had to phone in and get my wife online with the USCIS agent to get the change made.

Yes we did.
and they sent 2 letters (for my wife address confirmation, and 485 status enquiry response) ON my wife's name.
