FP then 140 Denial

Can you post details regarding your case?

Also FP has nothing to do with I-140 denial. You received your FP notice because of your pending I-485. Most probably after sending you FP they started working on your I-140 and found something.

It was just a hypothetical question...something that came across my mind...

my ND is 1/29/04 for 140/485 with FP scheduled for 12/21/04
