My I140 has been transferred to the US consulate in HK last month because NVC thought I want CP. Now, I had my FP taken yesterday but today I called the consulate and they said CSC hasn\'t requested them to forward my I140 back to California yet!
Does anyone know on what stage is CSC going to make that request? Is it after a case has been assigned? What\'s the normal time frame to get it back? Please share some experience or some ideas on how I can let CSC know my I140 is at HK not NVC? Thanks a lot!!
