FP system update

Hi,

Couple of weeks ago we did our FP but the system didnot get updated. No date change. Is this common?

Is there any customer service number that I could call and speak with.

By the way, how long it takes for I485 approval after I140 approval for EB2 concurrent case?

Hi,

I completed my FP on April 28, 2005 , there was a Date change on the that day and after that on May 2, 2005 there was one more LUD in my I 485 application, but no message change. I don;t know how to infer the latest date change
