FP status updated

FYI - I had posted previously that I had given FP on July 31st. The online status (and the LUD) was updated today to "FP received/resumed". I had called the FBI number on friday (8/6) to check to make sure that they had sent the FP results back to USCIS - the lady at the FBI confirmed that they had.

When the FP issued did they updated as they issued FP.

After receiving the FP they update the FP results ?

Please update me.

I also done my FP, till there is no update on the online message and the LUD as they issued FP or received the FP results.

chinabee - FBI number (which I got from somewhere else in this forum):
304.625.5590 or 304.625.2406. You need your A number when you call.

Bash - there was no status update or LUD change when they issued the FP. I just got the FP notice in the mail. They updated the status today to confirm the receipt of the FP results:"... processing has resumed..." etc. So, the status changed from "Received" to "FP received/resumed".

Cool Man, so I will be getting some update on my file also. I am just wondering what happend to USCIS people they are not updated the FP issue as well Results.

I received my FP notification yesterday and got it done today itself as I would be out of town next week. INS people even didn't ask why I came early. There was a change in my LUD few days before they issued the FP but no change in the on line message. Let us see when they change my on line message or LUD next.

Hi everyone! Long time since a post from my side! Have been busy! Finished Fp in the last week of July and picsarus, like you, my status has updated to Fp results recd and process resumed...... , the odd part is my LUD keeps changing everyday and the date on the status message changes accordingly "on xx date received FP results received/resumed" and past 3-4 days this date becomes current. Are you experiencing the same "phenomena"?? What is happening here??
 
ADDTX - yes, my LUD changed everyday for the last couple of days also. It didn't change today. I have no clue what it means.
 
picsarus, LUD changed today too, so did the date on the message. How can TSC be receiving updates on my FP everyday for the last 3-4 days??? What kind of a game is this?? :eek:
 
All i can say then is Picsarus & Addtx, your cases are very active with the USCIS gubers.

Thanks goastros!! It is very frustrating that we are endlessly waiting here, some of them without even FP notices and applicants who filed in 2003, that too concurrently are getting approved. These are one heck of lucky guys as they did not even have to wait for their I140 approval before getting their EADs. For the rest of us old timers, it has been a tight rope walk indeed. Don't know when TSC will understand our plight and start concentarting on 2001-2002 cases before the rest. No offence meant for any approvals from 2003 as it is not your fault!!! ;)
