FP Status Message and approval

My FP was done on 10/5/04 but the status never changed to 'FP recvd resumed processing'. I had an LUD change on 11/18/04. Thats it. My ND is 08/20/03. I have been seeing all my friends who had their status changed got approved. I have called FBI and they said FP results were sent the same day. Yesterday, I have sent an email for Name check.

What do you guys make of this ?
Am I stuck in Name check ?

If status does not change does that definitely mean a Name check problem ?
 
It does not hurt to think that you were approved on 11/18 by USCIS and now you are waiting for VISA # to complete the formality :D
 
Same Situation.

Exact Same Situation. FP done 10/20. LUD 11/18. I think I am stuck in Name Check too !! What are you guys planning to do about this?
 
FP message never changed online

My 485 message never changed online after FP was sent and FP results received. The only message that ever happened to my case status message online was the APPROVAL message. Also the USCIS officer told me that not all the cases are promptly updated with the FP messages. Hope this gives some hope for you folks.
 
Name check can take upto 45 days. No need to panic if LUD was on 11/18. If PD is > 01/2002 and EB3 from IND, CHI, PHI then wait along with me ;)

Did you mean our Name Check's were sent out on 11/18/2004. In that case we have some hope for end of Jan. I had called VSC the other day -- instruction was call back end of Jan.
 
:( man, messages on our I-485's never changed and still say "...was received..."

But I do not give up and hope it could be a case when I will print "...has been approved..." as a next message some day in a near future...
 
same here. RD is 8/21/03...FP done on 10/8/04 and LUD changed on 11/17 wtih no change in the message....
