FP status is not updated

I have completed my FP1 in early January 2003, but the on-line status still shows that "we have sent you a notice to do FP ..." stuff. Does anyone have the same experience that FP result not being updated in the online status. Should I worry about this? Any experience? Will call the 1800 customer service help?

I have the same status. I called FBI and they said that they have cleared and sent our FP to INS (or whatever they are called now a days) in two/three months time. When I called INS, 800 number they said status online does not realy matter, sometimes they update it sometimes they don't. Nothing can be done, other than just waiting.
