FP status in AVM?

I applied for 485 in 11/2001. I saw many lucky ones who applied in 12/2001 and have received FP notices.

When I called AVM, it just said that it takes 240 to 365 days to process. No word about FP.

1) Does TSC AVM tell you that the FP notice has been sent to you?
2) Who gets the FP notice? Does TSC mail it to you directly or to your lawyer?

1) AVM tells you what date the letter was despatched for FP.
2) You will receive the FP notice directly and copy forwarded to your Attorney also.

There is no luck who will receive first, it all depends on your local INS schedule dates.
