Do you call the regular CSC number to check the status of FP whether it has been received or is there a different number to call.

this is FBI number..but yes the iio number is same as CSC customer service no for FP check with INS

I think helper was asking what number to reach CSC (not
FBI) for checking FP status. Unfortunately, there is
only one number for everything.
