My Details are :
RD - Sep20, 99, ND - Oct 1, 99 , EB2 , India, NO FP YET
A couple of months back when I had talked to IIO , I was told that they had stopped sending FP\'s for India & China and they would only be sending FP\'s when the case comes up for adjudication.
Now, based on this chat board I am observing that they might be transferring all those cases having ND\'s ranging from OCT - APR to the local offices. IS THIS TRUE ???. Could other people also throw some light in this matter ???
