FP status and a question please!

FP - Feb 14 2001
FP processed and sent to INS - checked by phone today.

Does processed mean it\'s been cleared and we do not have to redo for whatever reasons? Also, any clue on how long it takes from now?
My original PD is May 97. EB2.

the way i understand is..the finger prints date has nothing to do with the final approval.....myFP done in july 2000, PD 11/97 EB3 ..India...ND 3/00...still nothing..besides the finger prints are only valid for 9 months.. if ur I 485 is not approved within 9 months of yoour FP u WILL have to re-do your finger prints..good luck..

 Whatever I have learned from this discussion forum that says FP is valid for 15 months.

Any way praying to god for faster approval of your case.
