About a week a ago, I talked to IIO at VSC. I was told that they stoped sending FP for Chinese and india cases. I checked that the visa number is available for EB1. So I told her. She was nice enough to check my file and told me she was not sure why my FP was not sent out. She said she would check with higher level person about my case and would call me back. I did not really expect her call, because there were enough bad words about IIOs. To my surprise, she called me yesterday. She told me that, they stoped sending FP for all the Chinese and india cases doesnot matter which EB cartegry the case belongs to. They may start to send FP in sometime around Oct-Nov. It may avoid the expiration of FP. That is the imformation i got. Do not know why they have to stop all even visa # is available to EB1. EB1ND=oct.
