Here is my FP situation.
I had mine & wife's FP1 done on 02/17/04.
Within few days online status updated to following,
Mine,
On February 20, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
My Wife's
On February 20, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
I thought there is a delay from FBI in returning my review to CIS . I waited until today to see a change and decided to call FBI. When I called a very courteous lady answered and checked both records. She said both reviews were returned withing 48hrs.
Now what I can think of is my review was lost before it reached CIS or somebody updated status incorrectly. Can this glitch hold processing of my case until somebody find out about it? I am the primary applicant. So my wife's case will also be on hold?
What are my options?
