My lawyer just called to advise me of FP scheduled for 12/21/04. Its good to hear some type of news. I checked online status, but nothing changed.

Usually the status doesn't change when FP is issued.

Usually means you are close to your 485 approval, lot of ppl are getting 140 & 485 approved together now-a-days (Fujie memo implementation maybe).
