I have wierd situation.. Both my self and my wife went for 2nd FP and after 3days the online status says FP received for my wife and 'We responded to your request' message on mine..

How do I know if my FP has been received by INS? called FBI they told that both results have been sent the same day..

called NSC, they don't know about the previous updates to the system, they have access only to the recent updated information, which is 'we responded to your request' blah blah blah.....

Who do I need to contact to check if my FP's have been received by INS..

what a pain......

Calm Down, Stay Cool, No pointing losing hair because this wretched process.
Did you call FBI and ask them? If they say they have replied to the center then your FP should be fine and you should hear something positive soon.

Did you try the national customer service number 1-800-375-5283?

If not have all your details ready and call them and be prepared to be on the phone for an hour before someone even talks to you. They will typically tell you if there was an issue, if everything is normal they would not say anything.

GOOD LUCK

yes, I called the National Customer service center.. For some reason they don't know if my FP was received.. They don't have access to the previous updates that occured in the system..

My guess is, my FP and 'we responded to your request' message must have updated one after another in the system..

I hope that is the case.... what can I do no...

Just relax, may be it is under process and just that some one has not updated the database.

For all you know you might be in for a surprise approval. These online status crap is useless. For your information, I got approved and stamping is complete, I am the primary, my wife's status changed and she got her card in 6 weeks after the approval. Mine still says, FP recd and processing resumed, no sign of the card, it already 12 weeks, I had called the Customer Service several times and initiated enquiry but till this moment have not had any luck.

So I decided to leave it for a couple of days/weeks (may 1 or 2 weeks) and revisit this which is what my lawyer advised me.

Take small break from this and try checking may be sometime later next week. Till enjoy with your wife and kids spending time with them playing with them and just diverting your mind into something else. Preferably go some place where you cannot check internet for 2 days.
