FP rescheduling, how long at Newark?

Hi,

My wife requested a fingerprint rescheduling on May 1st because she was abroad. Hasn\'t received any appointment yet. Called them couple of times. Was told "we will do it whenever there is a free slot available"

Is ther anyone with similar expereince?
