FP rejected 3 times, and case sent to Washington DC

I have been told that my FP rejected 3 times, and case has been sent to Washington DC. I did 2 FPs recently, and both got rejected duo to the bad quality. I don't know where this 3rd one came from. My attorny said my case process time is not current, they can't inquery unless the case is 30 days pass the current processing time. I don't know how long would take Washtom DC agency to process this case.
Anyone who has the similar experience, please share. Thanks!
