FP redo

Hi, expert:

Me and my wife have FP at 3/21/2001. But after more then two month, we
received a FP redo notice for my wife. Do you think both of us need to wait another two month for the VSC to pick up our application?? Our ND
is 12/23/99. It is very bad. Please cast some light. Thanks.

I believe they are going to process your cases right after they receive the redo FPs. This is what I heard from my attorney\'s office.

I\'m in the same boat, got a notice today asking me to redo FP, but just me, not my husband. my 1st FP was done on 3/27/01 in Newark, 2nd one is scheduled on 6/13/01.
