FP Received - Philly, PA, RD 11/15 ND 12/10

My lawyer received my FP notice and the appointment date is 03/08. I did not receive anything. Shouldnt I be getting notice also?

Congrats on getting the FP notice. Can you please tell the following:

- What does your AVM message say now?
- Is the FP fixed for 03/08, or do you have any flexibility in dates?
- Can you let us know if/when you get an FP notice directly from INS?

Yes you should also get a copy of of your FP notice

U will also get the Original PF notice which u will have to take along on the D-Day.

I had the FP notice in my mail today

EB3, India, RD 11/15 ND 12/10
FP is scheduled for 3/8, and it is not flexible

it is flexible!!!

You can do your FP before schedule date!!
there are many postings in this forum...(many of my friends has also done this)
so don\'t worry and go for FP ASAP...........
