Guys,

Myself and wife did finger printing in November. LUD changed on my case with e-mails "FP results are received and processing is resumed on my case".

Wife's LUD also changed on same day, but no message change. 20 days have passed, but my wife's case still shows the old message. is it normal.

Please comment.
