Hi All,
in my case everything was happening slow and steadily but now nothing seems to be happening at all.
(I-485 filing March '02,) I got my finger printing (FP) done on May 13' 03, the INS website never showed any changes before receiving the FP notice or after my FP was done.
My Friend whose I-485 was filed 5 days after me has already received his GC. His wife whose FP was 3 days before mine has also got her GC. My case seems to have got lost in the INS blackhole.
Does somebody has had a similar case where INS website was not updated? What is to be done in such a case.
Calling service center is useless because they just read what ever is on the website.
Please suggest what actions need to be taken here.

P.S.: When my kids will ask what is a blackhole, I'll tell them INS is one example
