FP Rcd for Wife, but 3 questions ( Rhode Island)

Hi all

We Received FP for my Wife Lot of questions (Providence, RI ).

My question is

1. Can I go for FP with my Wife ? ( Requesting not received FP, pending I-485 )
2. I moved from Rhode Island but still FP went to old address in RI, Is that going to be issue ?
3. Please share experience reg. FP in Rhode Island ?
