FP Qustions Gurus need your help

Hello friends,


Last week I received FP notice with Code 3 but it doesnt said FP anywhere,
just it saying " To process your 485 application we need your Biometrics", thats it nothing is there and its my first fp one. I have no idea abou this. I called my lawyer and expalined to her contents on the FP notice and she told me dont worry they will take your biometric picture for GC. What about finger prints this was the first notice I got after 2 years of pending my 485 and till today no REFs or anything. Let see what they will on that day.

Code 3 includes fingerprints. Do not worry.

hello friends thanks for you all response.
My FP scheduled last saterday, everthing went well no problems and it took less than 5 minutes to complete the process. Wheaton nice people out there all officers are good and very gentle.
Yes code 3 means they took FP 2 times and signature plus picture.
only one thing I noticed at wheaton they dont accept early FP. rest the best service center. Thanks to all for your kind answers.
 
match warning

When my friend did FP, there is "Match Warning" on screen. It happened to one of the fingers with scar.
Please tell me if you had similar experiences or 2nd FP expected? Thank you!

I had a 'match warning 'too and yet my fingers were fine,then i asked the lady taking the fp and she said that the problem was with their computers...

Meaning of each code is as follows

ASC code 1 is for your 10 finger fingerprints. This is typically for your i485
ASC code 2 is Biometrics. Thats your thumbprint, picture and signature. Typically for your i765
ASC code 3 is for both of the above reasons (consolidated into one)

If you call and say you have a code 1 and 2 appointment the NCSC will schedule you a code 3 appointment which will cover both.

You said "Last week I received FP notice with Code 3" this. So you are OK with it. They will take both.

FP code 3

yes friend they took all together. In my notice it says code 3 biometrics only.
It doesnt mentioned FP in my notice eventhought they took all together.
FP code 3 means finger prints,signature and picture.
