FP question?

My husband (he is the pricipal applicant) has got his FP notice one month ago, but I haven\'t got until now. I asked the lawyer to talk to CSC, however the lawyer told us that we need to wait 4 months after the RD. Our ND is 02/12/01. Is anyone has any experience or advice on this? I will very appreciate for your sharing.

The same thing happened to me. My wife got her fp notice 2 1/2 months before me even though I am the primary applicant.
