Hi, Is it true that you need to stay with one company between you do the finger print and it is approved? I got the FP notice from INS for
December 26, but I got laid off about a month ago. My lawyer suggested rescheduling the FP. But with the current economy situation, it is
hard to predict when I can find the next job. Any suggustions? Should I just go for the original appointment or reschedule one? Anyone
had similar situtation? Your advice is appreciated.
 
Did they ask you any docs from employer

Did they ask any documents from your employer, like employement letter, position still available, or pay stubs. I guess, if INS did not ask for those documents, you would be fine. You can go ahead.
If INS did ask, is company willing to give those docs. Let me know what else is requested with the FP.
