I will appreciate if you can help me on this question. I am expecting FP notice but I will move to another state which is three hours away from I am living now next month. My question is when should I notify INS about my address change? Can I do FP in my original state even I move to another sate (still VSC)? Thank you so much.

I moved from one state to other....my FP notice sent by my lawyer to old address before I could update him/INS coz i just move a week back. Post office forwarded it to my new address. Did FP in a different state which is not undeer VSC. Hope this helps.

That is what am saying, INS did assign a FP office as per old address in old state but I did it in the new location in the new state. Informed INS 3 weeks after I moved.
