I did my FP on Dec 6th. Wife never received FP so far.
May 8 we talked to IIO and she said my wife should have received the FP,and if not - she is going to issue another one and we should have it in 30-60 days.

Problem: we are going to India end of May and my wife had a plan to stay in India for 3 months.

Question: Does FP notices now a days do come with 3 month window?
          ( I had 3 months window option FP)
          If not then how does rescheduling works - with local or
          with INS?
          When Do I expect FP date? (IIo said you should receive
          notice in 30-6- days).
          Is my approval of i485 depends on wife\'s FP? (i will not
          like to delay my approval based on wife\'s FP not done on
          time).
          Rescheduling takes how much time? How much of delay we
          should expect?

Any Suggestion would be welcome.

Answers will help me a lot.

If its Boston ASC then the 3 month option is long gone. They have a specific time and date now. If its New Hampshire then there still is an option. Just instruct your lawyer to file for a deferment when the FP notice comes in. That way it won\'t be considered abandoned. Otherwise try talking to the ASC officials itself, but i seriously doubt they will consider anything without a notice. How long it takes after deferment, i have no idea

Probably not. Sometimes they treat dependent\'s application independent of te primary and sometimes they club them together. So the deferment should not have a major impact on your petition, but with VSC you can\'t be too sure.
