FP Question

Hello,

My details are EB3,India, PD Dec 98, ND Feb 2000.

I have not received my FP yet. When I called IIO last week, she said I have to wait for another six months to get my FP. But some of my friends who have applied during this period (EB3) have got their FP Notices.

Do I have to just wait? Or Can I tell my lawyer to follow up on this issue?

Please respond if you have any ideas.

Unfotunately, there is nothing you or a lawyer can do except waiting it out. However, not all that the IIO says is correct. Lot of people have received FP notices despite they have been told by IIO that FP notice is about few months away. So hang in there and I don\'t believe it will take that long.
