FP Question

Hello,

I called my lawyer today to find out whether I got my FP notice or not. He says INS will direct send FP Notice to my address. Is this is true? I have seen some posts in this board that lawyers will only receive FP Notices.

Please help.

Depends on what was filled in 485 form... but 99% of time only lawyers get FP notice.

I got FP notice directly to me. Lawyer had given my address. However, the lawyer got another notice too. Mine was lost and I was able to use my lawyer\'s copy to get my fingerprinting
