FP Question

I am scheduled for FP at San Jose ASC on 3/24/01. I may not be in town on that day and hence would like to go in this week. Any experiences on whether ASC would accept and if so, would it cause any administartive delays. Also can some one give FBI phone number where I canc heck whther FBI has cleared FP or not.

FP received, need some clarification

EB2,India,RD 1/21/00, ND 2/2/00, FP schedule for 3/15/01
My lawyer called today to inform me that I have received FP notice schedule for 3/15/01. FP notice is for me as well as for my wife. However I did not get FP notice for my daughter (10 years old). When I asked this to my lawyer, she said children below 15 years do not get FP notice.

Is this correct, what my lawyer is saying? Does any body has similar situation. Please post your experience, if you have similar case.
