Guys,

Maybe I am paranoid but since my wife received a second FP notice after a month of her first FP, I started researching the forums and found that some FPs are rejected and have to be taken again. At this point I am not sure why a second FP notice was sent for my wife. I called the FBI and they confirmed that our FPs have been forwarded to USCIS. My wife was able to complete her second FP on Saturday and the FBI confirmed that those results have been forwarded to USCIS as well. When I asked them if they could confirm whether my wifes first FP was rejected she said that she could not diclose this information to me.

Because of all the hurdles I have faced thus far I cannot get over the fear that maybe the first FPs were rejected and if they are rejected another time then it will be automatically transferred to the Atlanta local office. That truly would be cruel .. I am hoping its just my paranoid self going in overdrive mode ..

Anyway if any of you have been through rejected FPs please share your experience and let me know how exactly I can find out about FPs being rejected.

I know that the second FP notice for my wife might just be a mistake or for biometrics but the worst case scenerio keeps haunting me.

Hi Saras,

we also did our FP on sat in ATL, yr wife probably has recd 2nd fp bcos they require full biometrics ie picture, fingerprint and signature and maybe foirst time they did not do it, do u by any chance have the fbi no where we caqn contact and does LUD change after you have done FP
