Last year Feb 04 we have FP notice from VSC.This year our case is transfer to NYC for interview.I just want to find out is local office send FP notice or just service center issue FP notices?

FP Notice??

I too have same question.Can any attorney(s) shed some light on this issue. Who issues FP Notice..Service center or local office??
