FP question

Guys,

I just received first FP notices for myself and my wife (concurrent 140/485 AD 03/25/04). The date of FP is the 15th of Feb. I have a couple of questions and concerns.

1. The notice has mis spelt my wifes name. Should I be worried about this?

2. Is there anyway we can get our FPs done at an earlier date? If so what do we have to do?

Answers to your questions.

1. Name error - should not be a problem. Take your 485 petition copy, Passport and that should be fine as the receipt # will take care of the error.

2. Early FP is 100 % possible unless they have heavy rush. Walk in to any ASC preferably on Fri or Sat and you will be fine.

I did early FP and I did like this.

I beleive you are in atlanta 2 of my friends tried in atlanta for early FP both was done early, both of them went on saturday, myself and my wife went early in charlotte.
 
Name Error: not a problem. You are given an oportunity to correct any inaccuracy when they do the actual finger printing. They bring up your information on a computer screen and ask you to verify it. If anything is incorrect they ill change it.

Early FP : Can be done. I did it in Charlotte. My FP was scheduled for December 18th 2004 and I got it done on November 13th. More than One month Early. Try to go there before the office starts and be among the first to go in. At Charlotte the staff is very friendly.
