FP Question...

All,

I received FP notices for me and my wife and the FP was done today (05/11/04). Our Concurrent filing was done in Dec 2003 at CSC. EAD and AP approved in 02/2004.

My question is, this (FP notice) is not updated on my 485 status. When I check my 485 status, it still says....application received in Dec 2003 and it will take 730 days to process..... The last updates on my 485 and my spouse's 485 still show as Dec 2003??

My filing was done at CSC and I live in VA. The FP notices came from VSC.

Any thoughts why 485 doesn't reflect FP notice etc...

It rarely does

My first FP sent was reflected on status but 2nd FP was not. Usually FP results received status is updated. If it does not, you can check with FBI to make sure USCIS received it.

Thanks for your feedback. How can I contact FBI (any contact #) and after how many days should I contact after my FP?? My FP was done on 05/11/04
